Our science curriculum aims to inspire curiosity, develop resilience, and foster a sense of achievement for all learners.
We provide a supportive environment where students with SEMH needs can access scientific knowledge and skills at an appropriate pace, while building confidence and emotional regulation.
Our students come with varying experiences of the sciences and starting points, the aim of the science curriculum is to build a solid understanding of the fundamental aspects of science alongside the skills scientists require in writing, forming explanations, facing challenge, building resilience, confidence, and the joy of discovery.
