Hello and a very warm welcome to The Compass School, a brand-new school for students with social, emotional and mental health needs.

Situated near Romford, we are incredibly proud to be opening this school in Havering and look forward to making a positive contribution to our local community.

Opening a new school is a huge honour and it is wonderful to see our school building being constructed at our site between St Edward’s Academy (also part of the Unity Schools Partnership) and Westlands.

The building comes alive as a school community as our pupils, families and staff join us to build a great future.

We will provide an education where young people can flourish and teach academic subjects in line with the National Curriculum – providing a bespoke, nurturing environment to prepare our learners to lead fulfilling lives.

The success of this school will be down to the people who are in it and who support it – extraordinary people doing extraordinarily good things.
